Erika K. Patterson, Ph.D., Licensed Psychologist - Independent Practice, Certified in EMDR, NeuroMeditation, Yoga
A growing body of research combined with long-standing clinical wisdom supports the holistic inclusion of mind, body, and spirit to alleviate personal pain, strengthen health, provide the foundations for growth, and encourage lasting change.

In my practice, I utilize mind-body interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Yoga-Based Approaches to Health & Healing, NeuroMeditation & Mindfulness, and Biofeedback.  I also emphasize the context of social, cultural, and environmental factors underlying mental health.

I am dedicated to providing high-quality, sensitive care in the context of each individual's unique life experiences, to both address difficulties and enhance well-being. Therapy becomes a safe place to sort out life's challenges and find inner and outer resources for healing.

Clients in my practice benefit most when they bring curiosity about their internal processes, readiness to explore patterns contributing to distress, and openness to interpersonal feedback.
